A series of plates depicting in chronological order the ritual of the bullfight, from the capture of the bulls [Encierro de Los Toros] to their demise and removal from the bull ring by mules [Las Mullilas Sacando al Toro]. Captions in Spanish, French and English, produced at the approximate time Manet painted his bull fight scenes. A rare piece of Tauromacy, not located in OCLC, which however does list maps printed by this publisher. Recased in modern brown cloth, color Xerox of title page mounted on front cover. Fine.
