Original drawings and related ephemera of Bob Clarke, a mainstay illustrator at Mad Magazine who had the most cartoon-like style through the late 1950's and early 1960's, and also designed the label of Cutty Sark scotch. Clarke arrived after the original editor Harvey Kurtzman left MAD. Included here are eight images (some original drawings), and a seven page signed contract between Tom Koch and Robert Clarke with the Swedish Bonnier Magazine group to publish a paperback edition of the “Mad Worry Book” in Swedish.Signed by William M. Gaines and Ebbe Zetterstand for their respective magazines, and dated September 15, 1980. Print material include sheets of Clarke's stationary and business cards, a mechanical for the The Mad Worry Book, and a printer's proof for "The Mad Worry Book."
