Roderick Cave, THE PRIVATE PRESS, p. 176 notes, "In the `Revelation` and the `Lamentations of Jeremiah` Hughes-Stanton gave full play to his virtuosity as a wood engraver, and their success was confirmed by Herbert Hodgson's incomparable press work." Interior contents very fresh and bright. One year later Hughes-Stanton left the press. Text printed in red and black, front cover and spine blocked in blind.
