The seated fellow refuses to pay the Crown taxes, stating "Tell his aforesaid Majesty I shant pay a farthing Old cockalorum, [a little man who incorrectly has a very high opinion of himself]. So you may Sieze for it." Printed on heavy stock, repair at left corned head, nick at right head corner. Orig. full color lithograph. Very good. Item #22053
