I have not seen a copy of the complete work." A full page image of the this title adjacent to page 183 in Cohn's bibliography. With Cohn's armorial bookplate inside front cover housing the illustration, together with a facsimile of the original, inscribed below the image in pencil as "Pailthrope's facsimile."
